R&B vet Ne-Yo has finally released his latest album Non-Fiction in its entirety today and I’ve been vibing all day to it!
On the album you can expect collabs with Schoolboy Q, Jeezy, Juicy J, and T.I. and now that I’ve been able to sit down and really listen to all of the songs I definitely have my favorites. “Make It Easy” is obviously one of my top picks since I already wrote about it in a previous post but I’m also really feeling “Run/An Island” ft. Schoolboy Q, “Take You There”, “Religious/Ratchet Wit Yo Friends”, and probably the one that’s stood out to me the most is “She Said I’m Hood Tho” ft. Candice, not only beat wise but for the lyrics as well.

Ne-Yo is such an amazing singer but an even more amazing songwriter. I’m definitely feeling the slow jams more than the up tempo songs but overall a great album.
